Bleeding from backside,

My Tortise is bleeding from his backside, I'm very worried and not sure what this is. I would appreciate some help.

Please take your tortoise to the vet. Internal bleeding isn't something you are likely to stop on your own. Also, the bet will do an examination and ask important questions to figure out exactly what is wrong.
