all tortoises prefer weeds and grasses, collect some on your way home much cheaper and healthier than lettuce.

i have a greek tortoise and he likes the romaine lettuce hearts. i buy a package that has three stalks in it. i put a stalk in his dish, he likes to tear the leaves off himself. he doesn't seem to like anything eles.
