Eye infection

Hi

My turtle has a eye infection and i don't know what to do? I can't go to the vet because I'm still 12 so i don't have much money, How can i cure him? And how can i make him eat?
PLEASE HELP

A vet needs to give your pet antibiotics. Without its eyes, your pet will not be able to eat.
