FRED THE RUSSIAN TORTOISE

Hi,
Just wondering do I have to hibernate him. I think he's about 1 year old. He's got a 4" shell, and lives in a 36" vivarium with all the accessories. Well, I call him a he but don't know what sex it is. Thanks, Julie
