has my terrapin died

my terrapin was not eating or having any bowel movements

so i took her to a vet last thursday.the vet said she was
constipated and gave her an injection but scince then she was bleeding from the bottom .on saturday night she flew into her tank and swam really fast from side to side and was crashing into the sides of the tank. it is now monday morning and she is still at the bottom of her tank and has not moved scence saturday night. her eye is half open is she still alive please help im so worred about her thank you.
