How active is a 10 weeks old Sulcata

We have a new addition to the family Spookie he is around 10 weeks old

How active should he be?
He is in a turtle table and has lots of room to move, food,light, water. He seems to sleep a lot.

Spookie should definitely be active.

You might try visiting youtube.com and searching for "sulcata." If you watch a few videos, you will get an idea of how much movement is normal. I hope this helps.

Keep it slow and steady.
