how can i best look after my marginated tortoise?

i was resently given an 8 yr old female maginated tortiose and she loves to eat romane lettes, apples, cucumbers and a small amount of red peppers but that is it.i do put some calcium powder on her food twice a week. is the food that i am giving her sufficient?

i read on a website to bathe her once a day. is this correct? although she does not like it that much.
i hardly see her drink the water in her tanks. is this ok?
and at what temperature should it be inside the vivarium? thanks !!
