I have a river turtle aprrox. 1 year old

We have a small river turtle that has been acting sick the past few days. Not moving around alot and today we picked the turtle up and its shell is getting soft around the edges. Please advise me on what I need to do.I also 4 other turtles in the same tank with this turtle.

Shell problems

Your animal has a problem that may be fixed by increasing the time spent under a UVB lamp. But it is interesting that other animals in the same environment don't have the same problem.

I would take this animal to a vet as soon as possible.
