injured star tortoise

hi, my name is serol. i have a tortoise named kareena.a few days ago my tortoise was attacked while i wasn't home. i don't know what it is but kareena suffered a broken shell with a small bleeding and she lost one of her front leg which i think was bitten. it's been very difficult for her to move around and eat. what should i do now?
