My horsefield tortoise has become in-active

Hello

Weve had our horsefield for 7 months now and he has been very active and eatin well. But in the last week he has been in his hide and has not come out. He hasnt even been out for food or water. I keep checking him and he moves when picked up but getting very worried now. Can u suggest what is wrong with him?
