my red eared slider hasn't eaten and pooped for 4days already

what is the problem with her?i found herin a grassy patch outside my house, i have no idea if she is a wild terrapin. she has refused to eat and has not defecated for 4days already. she is drinking though, can u tell me what's wrong with her?

I don't know how long you have had him/her, but they need to be in a tank, with UVA light for warm and UVB light for processing the vitamin D and A etc. they like the water mid 70's to high 70's, a basking area, ie dock, log, rocks (smooth) to get out and dry off to prevent fungus, they need a clean tank and good pump, heater for water, good nutrition, calcium fortified pellets, romaine lettuce, etc. I like adding calcium shaved from a cuddle bone to water, Pretty standard stuff, Now you didn't say if the eyes were closed, that would indicate a vitamin A deficiency, and that will prevent them from eating..maybe try the warm and see if that helps from the UVA light, Vet might be warranted....need more information..hope this helps a bit, take care, Susan.
