My tortoise keeps pooping.

My tortoise has been getting hungrier and is poo-ing a lot and I'm scared he might be sick should I take him to the vet?

feeding

some tortoises eat whenever they see food and should be kept on a strict feeding schedule, don't feed too much or they will get obese and breathing will become difficult
