as the title says my turtle keeps flipping itself over, it has been sitting out of water for a few says now, and i never see it in the water a few minutes ago i saw him stuck in the filters flow of water and i pulled him out and now he looks like he could possibly be gasping for air but he will occasionally strech his neck out all the way and arch up then flip over (it happens all with in a few seconds
