red head turtles eyes are swollen

my tutle looks sick her eyes are swollen and they not active just stay at one place for a full day it started with one and now the second one is sick wat could it b ?

sounds like an infection. Take your pet to a vet or turtle rescue. Good luck.

THIS IS VERY SERIOUS, THEY HAVE EYE INFECTIONS AND MUST BE CARED FOR IMMEDIATELY BY A VET, yOU WILL LOOSE THEM AND OR THEIR EYESIGHT.
