Redfoot Inquiry!

Ive had my redfoot since feburary 2009 and we bought him/her from a pj's pet store and have had some serious trouble feeding him, they used to spoil him with alot of baby food and he has no interest in endive,lettuce or any of the other common listed foods i've found, how eevr he is very fond of fruit and we have been attempting to feed him repcal pellets and it doesnt mind those but are they actually any good?, below i have posted a photo of him and im wondering a few things..... One does it look healthy,is the coloring proper or should he bee more vibrant...as well as how should we make it eat his greens?!?and what sex would you guess it is?
