sick desert tortoise

my family was asked if we would like to have two more desert tortoise, and we said yes. When they were brought over tonight they are obviously very sick. They can barely walk, one keeps its eyes closed and had white diarreha. We have been soaking them in water, any other suggestions. It Friday and no Vets are available
