sick turtle

i have a sick baby turtle and i cant do enything for her.but im afriad she will get the other babys sick.

the sick turtle is makeing a clicking noise when she tries to breathe, and she looks like she is haveing alot of trouble breathing. will the other turtles catch it????
and what does she have?????
