Spinning in circles and acting strange!??!?

My terrapin is plsying dead then spinning in circles and acting very strange im worried what could be the cause of this??

This animal could have lung trouble. If a lung is collapsed, the animal can become unbalanced in water. Please see a veterinarian as soon as possible.
