spur thigh average weight

A friend of mine has 2 baby spur thighs of a year and a half, one of them is currently the same weight and size as my 5 year old.

Is there anywhere I can find a chart of average weights and ages. I am 'just' interested. According to Jscksons Ratio - mine are fine.
