Our sulcata tortoise is 14 years old, weighs about 40 lbs and is active and apparently healthy. Recently we noticed he had broken off his upper left "lip". Will this grow back? Is this indicative of a Calcium deficiency? If so, what supplement should we use and how much so he doesn't throw it up (as we have experienced before). We're not sure now he broke it. We, and Bert, appreciate any help you can give us.
