Eye problems are serious and need immediate attention. If your sulcata's eyes have not been open for a few days, please see a vet as soon as possible. There is probably an infection. Depending on how serious the problem is, your sulcata could be facing surgery to remove caseated pus. This is not something you should try to take care of on your own.
You will also want to investigate how this happened in the first place. Sometimes there is a lack of Vitamin A.
