Sulcata Tortoise carapace repair

I have a Sulcata Tortoise and my dog chewed two one inch holes in the shell on top right above the head and the tortus is about 3 years old and it is oozing a little blood can I stop the blood by packing the holes with flour and then cover the hole with duck tape?

No, no, no!

You will infect the wound and the tortoise will be very, very ill.

A hole in the shell needs to be cleaned by a vet and then the hole needs to be repaired.

Keep it slow and steady.
