Swollen feet

HI, I have a baby turtle(timmy), In recent days i noticed that timmy's back left foot is very swollen, he pushes forward with his other three feet. Is this normal? if not, what can I do to heal his little foot. I provided a photo so you can see this abnormality(i think). as u will see in the photo his little foot is swollen, in another photo(not provide)he is walking away, his right foot is completely extended and his back left swollen feet is not, and that is how he gets around without being able to extend the back left foot. thanks for any suggestion you can provide.
