tortoise hibernation

Hello.

My name is Matthew.

I have bought a 2 year old tortoise. Will I feed it when I get it or do I starve it for hibernation?

In the winter, you will feed your tortoise. A tortoise has to starve to get ready for hibernation. Once winter is already here, skip hibernation.
