tortoise not the same

After being dewormed at the vets 3 weeks ago..our pet tortouseisn't her smae old self. She is eating but not with the same passion as before her vet visit. And the real worry is that she doesn't move during the day . If she does move she goes around in a circle and doesn't really go anywhere like before . Its seems that she is not extending three of her legs . We had the vet cut her nails andit seems to still be bothering her . and advice
