tortoise with poorly eyes

my tortoise finds it hard to open her eyes in the morning. I have to give her a bath most days and wipe her eyes for them to open other wise they are shut all day which means she isn't eating as much and she doesn't walk around much because of it what should i do?

i had a very similar problem - took mine to the vets got some medication but it turns out that my tortoise had a deficiency of vitamin C from being young, i had to get some Vitamin C drops to put on food and feed him foods which are high in vitamin C like Pak Choi, Kale, Spinage etc

Your tortoise needs to see a vet. There could be an infection that your tortoise can't shake alone. There could also be some other problem that only a vet who is looking at your tortoise can diagnose.

Keep it slow and steady.
