Does it mean that somethings wrong when your turtle keeps making this noise? Or is it a normal thing they do?

Usually when a tortoise or turtle makes a noise it means they are not well. you might want to consider taking your turtle to a vet that specializes in turtles to give your turtle a check up, noises in turtles and tortoises is not normal.
