turtle not moving or eating but alive...

hello there thank you for making this web-site and i was wondering why my painted turtle is not moving or eating after my brother added some plants into her aquarium but she is still alive. i burst into tears every time she doesn't eat, and i buy her favorite food but she still won't eat like she used to when i gave her the food. i love my turtle and she is only turning 3 months old so please help me. i took out the plants and it seems like she is eating more but she still wont move. her eating only increased by like 1 drop of food is what she ate these whole 2 days. help me! please i love Nemo more than any thing :(
