Being lopsided would be a problem. I'd take that animal to a vet.

Turtle Travel by: Shelly
If you do take a turtle or tortoise to a park, please be aware of a few potential problems.
1. Are any pesticides used in the park? If so, don't go.
2. Do dogs run free? If so, don't go.
3. Are you prepared to watch your pet 100% of the time? A turtle or tortoise can run surprisingly fast and will love to hide in places you may not think of looking.
Keep it slow and steady.

Something you could do for your tortoise that would make him or her so happy wold be to take him to the closest park. Let him run around in the park and eat the grass there. Not having restrictions on how far he can walk is great exercise for them. After a hour at a park they normally pass out the rest of the day inside.

Pasing by: Vicki
Hi, You may need to wrap somthing around the outside bottom of the tank so he can't see out. If they can see it they want to walk to it. Hope that helps.
