turtle shell problem

my turtle has a crack on her shell and this white parts that are much softer then the rest of the shell.

A cracked or damaged shell is really serious for a turtle. So is a soft shell.

A soft shell could mean your turtle needs calcium. A vet can tell you more.

The cracked shell would mean a trip to the vet.
