turtle shell problem

my turtels shell is realy soft and on the botten he has a dent and it is purple how do i fix it.

Your turtle has at least two problems:

1. It is not getting enough calcium into its system. This could be because there is not enough calcium in the diet, or because there is no UVB light to help it metabolize the calcium.

2. The discoloration on the bottom shell is probably because of a blood infection.

You have a very sick pet. Please see a vet as soon as possible.

Keep it slow and steady.
