why does my youngest red ear slider do this?

My youngest red ear slider is Rainbow. Rainbow has not eaten for three days. And slept one whole day in the basking area. Why does Rainbow do this? Is Rainbow sick? I am worried about Rainbow, should I take Rainbow to the vet? I am hoping to get the answer soon.

Rainbow is sick

Yes. It may be sick, there may has been some infection to Rainbow. May be the water infection. Change the water and let is bask under sun as much as he want. Apply some cod lever oil all over its body including face and try making him to consume some too. If he does not recover, then take him to vet immediately. If you do not want to take risk, then take him to vet right now.
